RES was established in 2007, founded by Dogan Baruh, Chris Sassano and Tinnie Sassano. Prior to forming RES, each enjoyed a notable career on Wall St. in the Private Client Group (PCG) of Oppenheimer & Co. It was their experience in the PCG that helped formulate their original vision of RES; fostering an environment where the agents’ focus was on the services provided to their clients, rather than forming a traditional real estate company whose principals’ were more concerned with accumulating listings and volume of closings.
They understand that by emphasizing that each agent outperforms the standard duties of a real estate salesperson, along
with providing exceptional client services, the volume would grow organically. These
